"This office's payment request is unclear. I had paid $79.78 for November 2024, and an additional $518, believing it would cover my policy for the remaining six months. Yet, I received an email today informing me that I must pay $159.63 on January 2nd."

"October I bounce on my checking account the car insurance was up $2 and something you're saying the car insurance went up.. was your excuse. And November I bounce on my checking account because you said my renters insurance went up $2 and something. So you gave me the price what my December 5th bill will be and I will see if I bounced next month what will be your excuse then. I don't get no monthly statements from you all the only statement I got the car in statement for every 6 months was $500 and something my renters insurance I got this month or last month said my renter's insurance was going up $2 and something I bounce twice because you all were taking more than what I was taking out of my checking account. My bank tells me how much you are taking out automatically in my account so I do not want to be automatic withdrawals on my bank Banks I do not want you all take out money out of my checking account anymore because twice I end up bouncing because you are so different balances."

"Sharon. My team and I spent at least 45 minutes with you yesterday explaining how your car renewed in September and your renter's insurance renewed in October. They both took a very slight increase in premium, and you were notified of it by mail. I feel your review is very unfair as we pride ourselves for the customer service we offer and neither myself or my team have control of your bank account or insurance rates. You receive notice of your billing account amount each month and I even showed you how to read your statement. At the bottom of the statement, it also shows what the next months projected amount will be barring no changes made by you. I am sorry you are unhappy and as you requested, I have removed you from Autopay. "
